Griffin Cubs (Ages 3–5)
Where Movement Begins
Our Griffin Cubs sessions introduce preschoolers to the world of movement in a playful, and structured environment.
Children explore gymnastics and trampolining through guided free play that builds foundational motor skills, coordination, and confidence.
Training Times:
• Ages 3–6: Monday to Thursday — 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Movement Mastery for Ages 6–13
Gymnastics | Trampolining | Parkour
Our core youth program transforms movement into a powerful tool for growth. We combine elements of gymnastics, trampolining, and parkour to develop strength, flexibility, aerial awareness, and creative agility.
Whether mastering flips or navigating obstacles, students gain physical literacy and real-world confidence in a high-energy, disciplined environment.
Training Times:
• Ages 6–9: Monday to Thursday — 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Ages 10–15: Monday to Thursday — 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Our Adult Programs
Fitness / Gymnastics / Calisthenics / Trampolining
Strength & Fitness sessions:
Group strength and fitness classes that combine proven training methods from gymnastics, calisthenics, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, trampolining, and primal movement.
Sessions are challenging, varied, and carefully coached, with a strong focus on safe technique, individual ability, and long-term physical health. The goal is not just short-term performance, but building strength, resilience, and movement quality that lasts.
Calisthenics: Build real strength, control, and mobility with our calisthenics classes inspired by gymnastics training. Using rings, bars, and progressive bodyweight movements, you’ll develop full-body strength, joint resilience, and body awareness that carries into everyday life.
Classes are scalable for all levels, focusing on quality movement, technique, and long term progress. Whether you’re new to calisthenics or looking to refine advanced skills, this is strength training that moves the way your body was designed to.
