Our Preschool Program
Griffin Cubs (Ages 3-5)
Introduce your little ones to the joy of movement and play.
Training Times: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Thursday mornings 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Focuses on building coordination, confidence, and motor skills through fun activities like trampolining and gymnastics in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our Kids Programs
Gymnastics, Trampolining and Parkour (Ages 6-13)
Develop strength, flexibility, and coordination with our structured gymnastics program. Master flips, control, and aerial awareness while improving core strength and confidence. Boost agility and creativity with our parkour training focused on obstacle-based movement.
Training Times:
Ages 6-9: monday to Thursday 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Ages 10-13: monday t0 Thursday 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Our Adult Programs
Functional Fitness, Trampolining & Gymnastics for Adults
Achieve fitness goals through strength, mobility, and endurance-focused training. Stay fit and improve balance with low-impact aerial training.
Training Times (females): Mondays and Thursdays 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Training Times (Males): Wednesdays 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
