Griffin Cubs (Ages 3–5)
Where Movement Begins

Our Griffin Cubs sessions introduce preschoolers to the world of movement in a playful, and structured environment.
Children explore gymnastics and trampolining through guided free play that builds foundational motor skills, coordination, and confidence.

Training Times:
• Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Our Kids Programs

Movement Mastery for Ages 6–13
Gymnastics | Trampolining | Parkour

Our core youth program transforms movement into a powerful tool for growth. We combine elements of gymnastics, trampolining, and parkour to develop strength, flexibility, aerial awareness, and creative agility.
Whether mastering flips or navigating obstacles, students gain physical literacy and real-world confidence in a high-energy, disciplined environment.

Training Times:
• Ages 6–9: Monday to Thursday — 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Ages 10–15: Monday to Thursday — 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Functional Fitness | Gymnastics | Trampolining

Our adult sessions blend strength training, mobility work, and skill development rooted in gymnastics, calisthenics, and trampolining.
Whether you're starting your movement journey or pushing into high-performance conditioning, we help adults of all levels build resilient, capable bodies that move well, feel strong and youthful.

Training Times:
Adults (mixed): Mondays & Wednesdays — 7:00 aM to 8:00 aM

Adults (mixed): Tuedays & Thursdays — 6:45 aM to 7:45 aM

Adults high intensity (mixed): Mondays & Wednesdays — 2:00 pM to 2:30 pM

Adults (Women): Mondays — 6:00 pM to 7:00 pM

Adults (Women): Tuesdays — 6:00 pM to 7:00 pM

Adults (men): Wednesdays — 6:00 pM to 7:00 pM
